Only reason I signed up was to ask if anyone was interested in a kinda calculator. Basically plan a character from lvl 1 to lvl 30. It's quite close to finishing but I have exams Thursday and Monday. My friends aren't really interested but I like having a planned out character.
So if anyone is interested, please post your thoughts. Wondering whether its worth the time or not.
And if your wondering, it has everything, including the lucky 8 ball. Most of the information I used to make this was from the strategy guide, the manual and this site.
And I might have told you all this when there's already one available. Didn't really hunt around.

You'll have SPECIAl at 9 or some at 10 if not all and most skills at 100 so what's the point?

I looked at the builder, it has its advantages and disadvantages relative to mine. Mine is faster but that's because its in excel. I wouldn't have a clue how to produce such a thing on the web. I'll post a link to my original one.

It's made in excel, I made it in excel. If you know how to... webitise an excel spreadsheet please do tell. Looks like I shouldn't of bothered. Never had this problem over at operation genesis, people downloaded my mods freely.
You know it would only take one of you to confirm my file is clean.
How about this, I host the finished spreedsheet on the onlivefans.com forums. My friend is a global moderator that'll prove I'm clean, or he'll loose his position.

Right then, I've tested it once through and ironed out the errors. Here it is folks. By the way, the spreadsheet assumes you drop the lucky 8 ball before picking up the luck bobblehead and when taking the perks 'almost perfect' and 'no weaknesses'. It's still in excel but both Microsoft Open Office and Microsoft Excel can open it. It's quite an old version of Microsoft Office on my pc, hope it doesn't cause any compatibility issues.

Right, it's been updated with new perks, including ones only aquirable by console commands. And Yew's charm is there too. There's probably more stuff to add I haven't discovered so I'll probably have to do this again. Got an account this time so hopefully it wont go dead.
