After completing Volare!, Loyal has disappeared. No idea where he is. I've looked in the Hanger and Loyal's Home multiple times, to no avail. I've looked around Nellis, too, but he's nowhere to be found.
Any other info you need, lemme know and I'll see what I can tell you.

After I did Volare!, Loyal moved to these scaffolds around the bomber in the hanger. He isn't on the ground, and theres no way to get up to where he is. I had to use VATS to find him, and had to jump to talk to him. BILLYOCEAN 19:45, June 3, 2011 (UTC)
Thanks. I've looked there a time or two (even managed to get up onto the scaffolding), and I've looked down in the interior space made by the scaffolding. No such luck. I'm playing on the PS3, if that makes any difference. Thanks. Tinygiant 19:50, June 3, 2011 (UTC)

I had not heard of that, I'll go look right now. Any particular place around Black Mountain I should go to look for him, or do I just need to scour the area?
