When i look on the Dead Money map, i see the word "Victor" and an arrow on the map. I can't get to it. The word is somewhere in the Villa i think. Who is this guy and how do i get to him? Tezzla Cannon

If you cant get to Victor then I cant get to Christine after I said in dialogue I would. And it doesnt matter who you kill in game cos the canon always overides. Trouble is the dialogue to see christine again was there....and made players think you could still find her. So devs how are u gonna gimmie 4 hours of my life back?
