Hi everyone I'm new here and I have a question. I wanted to get Charon for free from Ahzrukhal, so I chose the option to kill Greta. While she was sleeping with Carol I sneaked a live grenade in her and she blew up and everyone in Underworld turned hostile against me. So I had to leave the Underworld and wait a few days or so in order for everyone there to be no longer hostile to me. But when I went into the Ninth Circle to find Ahzrukhal, I can't find him anywhere! He is not standing behind his counter nor is he sleeping on his bed. I tried looking everywhere in the Underworld for him, but he is no where to be found. I tried talking to Charon but he still tells me to talk to Ahzrukhal. So I am very confused as to what to do now. Can somebody please help me?! Thanks.

OK, let's take it from the start. I have never taken the approach that you speak of. Instead, I killed Greta while she was having a smoking break outside Underworld. This, I believe, is the "correct" approach to this mini quest, as it is the solution spoken of in the article related to it. Azrukhal strictly tells you that he won't be able to help you if you make Underworld hostile, as it will place mistrust on him. Due to the buggy nature of all quests that are not mentioned on your PIPboy, I would say that the game teleported him somewhere else, since you didn't follow the "correct" approach to the quest (this is not the first (or worst) "minor quest"-bug i have seen, doing The Lost Initiate the wrong way caused three BoS soldiers to follow me and steal all my stuff).

I would advise you to reload an earlier save and kill Greta when she smokes outside Underworld.
