Howdy folks, how's tricks? I'm Richie9999 and I'm asking for your support in running for the privilege of Administrator of this fine wiki.

Who am I and why me?

I've been around this wiki since November of 2010, but didn't become active until the summer of 2011 when chat was first implemented. Since then I've become a frequent editor of the wiki (with the exception of the Spring of 2012-January 2013, when life caught up with me, and part of this past spring when I was finishing up my college studies). Many of you might know me as a member of the chat community where I always keep an eye on Recent Changes while in chat. While I've been on this wiki I have received the support of the community in requesting chat moderator rights, and now I am asking for your support once more.

So why vote for me you may be wondering? Well for one thing, it'll speed up the process of banning vandals that I, and others, encounter when watching recent changes, due to the fact that there won't be the need to hunt down an admin on the wiki or in chat to ban the vandals. The way I see it, banning of vandals should happen sooner rather than later, as they may strike again. Additionally, by having another admin we can hopefully avoid pages needing deletion standing for extended periods of time, as well as chat banned users coming back over and over again abusing thinly veiled sock puppets to evade chat bans until they are wiki banned.

I have also:

• Gone through the Van Buren character pages checking for images for the characters' pages in the design documents while removing the image needed tag where no image existed and adding them when needed, during which I found two articles for the same character, two characters with images in the design documents but not on their page (which was soon added) as well as a page for a character that didn't actually exist in the design documents.
• Revamped the FNV character page.
• Aided Gunny in his infobox value project.
• Working with Gunny on updating Formspring links to webarchive versions.

7. Understanding, but has a firm resolve. Like a good parent, Richie is adamant about the rules, but will explain why they exist and is open to negotiation; we need this friendly sort of admin. His continued dedication is only matched by his knowledge, character, editing prowess and all around excellent demeanor.
