The Telsa Cannon is on of the best guns, but I know how to find 5.
1st Location- One in the Resupply Crate on "Who Dares Wins" Quest
2nd and 3rd Location- Next to the table of liberty Primes head.
4th and 5th- In ANOTHER resupply crate at Adams Air Force Base after you finish the "Who Dares Wins" Quest. This crate is found in one of the Enclave Trucks.

there are way more than five tesla cannons in the game, let alone in Adams Air Force Base. i found a good 6 alone in the air base plus the one you already get when you first go there, plus another two back at the citadel. there is at least 9 of them throughout broken steel. :) havoc131
