On PS3 during the stealing independence quest the terminal that is supposed to unlock the archival strongroom(right name?) elevator is missing. There are 2 busted, screenless terminal hulls on desks and no others. I've done the quest several times on different characters and have never encountered this problem. It isn't mentioned as a possibility in the bugs section of the quest wiki, sydney, etc. Sydney is dead, I can't access her terminal, and I leapfrogged saves while inside so reloading isn't an option.
