Flooded sinkhole is a location in Point Lookout.
Background
It is believed that the sinkhole was formed by the collapse of a mass burial site that after many years, hollowed out from all of the corpses decaying.
Layout
Exterior
The flooded sinkhole is a lake that separates the trapper's shack from the grower's shack. When you swim down to the bottom, lots of miscellaneous items float to the top. At the bottom are three safes, a first aid box and some barrels. Depending on your Endurance, you may have trouble making it to the bottom of the sinkhole, looting, and making it back up before running out of breath. On the surface above the sinkhole, a damaged garden gnome can be found floating in a wooden crate, with a teddy bear close to him hanging on to a wooden plank.
Interior
Inside the trailer by the sinkhole is a bed, but it cannot be slept in due to the radiation all around the area.
Notable loot
- 2 Nuka-Cola Quantums floating on the surface after going down to the bottom.
- 1 Stealth Boy in one of the three safes at the bottom of the lake.
- 2 Stealth Boy in one of the three safes at the bottom of the lake.
