The flooded sinkhole is a lake that separates the trapper's shack from the grower's shack. When you swim down to the bottom, lots of miscellaneous items float to the top. At the bottom are three safes, a first aid box and some barrels. Depending on your Endurance, you may have trouble making it to the bottom of the sinkhole, looting, and making it back up before running out of breath.

Inside the trailer by the sinkhole is a bed, but it cannot be slept in due to the radiation all around the area.
