Flash hangs around Doc Morbid's hospital, serving as his bodyguard. He tells visitors when the doc is usually around.

Quests
- Blackmail Iguana Bob: As part of an optional objective, the player can kill Flash, Cougar, Morbid, and Gretch.
Other interactions
- Cougar will redirect the player to this man if they talk to him. Flash has a real bad attitude and the only dialogue he offers is to tell you if the Doc is around.
