Fire Ant Nectar, as the name suggests, is obtained from fire ants.

The best way to obtain this ingredient is by finding and completing the quest Those! It is extremely helpful during the quest as fire ants actually breathe fire, as when you consume the nectar it grants you +25 fire resistance and boosts your Agility by +4 but drops your Intelligence by 3. It is also possible to give samples of these to Dr. Lesko for 40 caps a sample in the Nectar Collecting for Fun and Profit quest.
