"Metallic Monks"
Wait for me in the Presidential suite. We got a future together, you and me. It's time we got started.Benny

The Tops presidential suite is an unmarked location and player character house within the Tops in the Mojave Wasteland in Fallout: New Vegas.

Layout[]

The key required to access the suite is only acquired during Ring-a-Ding-Ding!, either gifted by Benny or taken from his body after killing him.

The entrance is situated on the south end of the gambling floor in the casino, near where Benny initially is found during Ring-a-Ding-Ding! It consists of an expansive suite of rooms, featuring a huge living room, complete with a bar and pool tables, as well as a planning room with a large table for meetings, a kitchen with a stove and two refrigerators, and a small living room. The suite also features two bathrooms and a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, shelves, a desk, and briefcases. There is a wall safe in the living room that can be used for storage, despite being locked initially.

All storage in the Tops presidential suite is safe to use for storing items, and though items that originate in the suite tend to return to the place where they were initially if moved, items brought in from outside the suite will remain in whatever place they are left. The location cannot be used to store weapons unless the player convinces Swank to let them carry their weapons.
