The deputy badges are located in a vault inside the Sunset Sarsaparilla headquarters behind a door that only unlocks after giving 50 star caps to Festus. In total, there are 319 Sunset Sarsaparilla deputy badges, including the one that can be obtained by moving Allen Marks' body.
