Shanty Town is a district of Quincy consisted of abandoned rail facilities on the western side of the tracks that run the length of the town. The self-appointed leader of the ghouls is Elliot Nesting.
Around 2197, Shanty Town, as well as the whole of Quincy, was attacked by Beastlords. However, a squad of Brotherhood of Steel soldiers led by the Warrior preserved peace in the town and rescued Elliot's brother Gorgi who was kept as a hostage.
