Roger is a dead Railroad agent in the Switchboard in 2287.
Background[]
Roger was killed by synths during the Institute's assault on the Switchboard; his corpse went unrecovered and can still be found during the events of Tradecraft. He managed to mark the area with a danger railsign before he died.
