Ogie Henry Banks III is an actor who voiced Holt Combes, Nelson Latimer and the Preston Garvey impersonator in Fallout 4.

Banks is best known as a voice actor but is also a dancer, singer and writer. He has appeared as Clawd Wolf in Monster High, and Luke Cage and Miles Morales in Ultimate Spiderman. He has a passion for voicing well-known characters in addition to other roles in animation and video games.
