- On the USS Constitution, in the dining room of the captain's quarters.
- Sometimes available for sale from a clothing vendor.
- May be found on random deceased characters when looting.
Many can be found in The Parlor.
Six in the Nu Cafe Ola, on the diner tables and on the counter.
