Background

When the commander of Ranger Station Charlie, Ranger Beaumont, departed from his post to lead a mandatory patrol, he left Stepinac in charge of the outpost.

Recently, the ranger station had received an excess shipment of medicine and first aid equipment, which was more than necessary for a small outpost. The radioman is under orders from top brass to keep a close eye on the supplies. Highly loyal to his superiors, Stepinac is most unwilling to commit to any action that would get ordinary civilians into trouble with the NCR.

• Return to Sender: Stepinac is one of the people one can give the upgrade codes to.
• Andy and Charlie: Stepinac presumably dies during the Legion raid at Ranger Station Charlie.

Other interactions

• Stepinac supposedly dies after starting the unmarked quest Andy and Charlie given by Ranger Andy or the main quest for Caesar, Render Unto Caesar, but his dead body cannot be found at Ranger Station Charlie or anywhere else in the game. Killing him doesn't affect Karma, but it will lead to a drop of fame with the NCR if the act is witnessed.
