Jackie was a member of the personnel at the Hopeville Missile Base before the Great War.
Background[]
Jackie ran the safety protocols for the entire missile silo complex at Hopeville, which was a high-stress position. Jackie lived in Hopeville, and was disgruntled with disturbances in their residence building which often made them unable to sleep for more than two hours per night.[1] Jackie was also concerned that the underground missile complex in Hopeville was built on fault lines that were beginning to result in earthquakes, especially because the base commander, Devlin, kept downplaying the threat of quakes.[2] They stated that they wished to move to Canada after their term was up, but their final entry following a particularly large quake was cut off and trailed off into gibberish.[3]
