Jon Reznor "J.R." Vosovic is a developer who worked at Obsidian Entertainment on Fallout: New Vegas as a senior designer. He created Ranger Ghost,[1] and designed Nipton.[2] He was also credited as an additional area designer on the game's add-ons. He left the company in November 2010.[3]
