The Nuka-Cola bottler is a room in Fallout Shelter and Fallout Shelter: The Board Game.

Overview[]
The Nuka-Cola bottler provides food and water for the vault when dwellers are assigned to it. It is the only Tier III resource production room in the game and also the only one that provides two types of resources at once.
It does not produce Nuka-Cola Quantum bottles.
Food and water production[]
The higher the Endurance of dwellers assigned to this room, the faster they produce both food and water.
As the number of dwellers in the vault increases, the demand for both water and food increases. If food supply runs low, dwellers will start to lose health. If water supply runs low, dwellers will start to become irradiated.
Compared to its predecessors, the garden and the water purification room, the Nuka-Cola bottler produces the same amount of food and water as them in the same time and offers doubles the storage capacity, making it essentially both rooms combined. This is counterbalanced by the bottler's very high building costs, costing more than the garden and water purification room combined to build and five times as much as each of them to upgrade.
The Nuka-Cola bottler is a hefty investment, but improves the overall efficiency of the vault by virtue of one production room filling the role of two, freeing up dwellers for assignment to other tasks. There is also the consideration that the Nuka-Cola bottler uses Endurance, while its counterparts use Agility and Perception. If stats and caps are not a concern, there is little reason not to convert pre-existing gardens and water purification rooms into bottlers.
Production/Cost[]
The Nuka-Cola bottler, like other rooms, gains a production bonus from being connected to another of the same type and level. The room will gain a +1 production bonus for each connected room. Upgrade costs will be 25% cheaper for a double room and about 34% cheaper when upgrading a triple room vs upgrading 3 single rooms.

Fallout Shelter: The Board Game[]
In The Board Game the Nuka Cola bottling plan costs 3 Power, 1 Food and 1 Water to build, and allows you to earn either one food and one water (with a bonus for Luck training) or two food and one water (with a bonus for Endurance training) depending on the space selected.
