  • The perk is only needed to craft new mods. There are no perk or material requirements to use the weapons workbench or to apply owned weapon mods from the inventory of the Sole Survivor.
  • Mods can be removed by applying any mod that occupies the same slot. Removing a mod adds it to the Sole Survivor's inventory under the "Mods" tab.
