Dylan was a man hiding out from Trappers in Rayburn Point on the Island in 2287.
Background[]
He left a note and stash in a grave near Rayburn Point to dig up for Merra. Dylan didn't make it back to safety from the Trappers, as his skeleton can found near the grave.

Dylan's skeleton appears only in the Fallout 4 add-on Far Harbor.
