The firework mortar is a constructible settlement object added in the Fallout 4 add-on Contraptions Workshop.

The fireworks mortar was added along with firework shells. Its primary purpose is to create fireworks displays, but it is also capable of summoning aid and changing the weather with specialized shells. With a connected terminal, the delay of the launch can be lowered or raised.

The item can be found in the workshop by going to Power → Miscellaneous.
