The fisherman is a man living in the Commonwealth in 2287.
Background[]
The fisherman can be found outside of the Compound on the shore of Mystic Lake, across from Covenant. He will walk back and forth on the concrete pier above the entrance to the Compound. He is not a hostile man, but doesn't appreciate passers-by scaring away the fish he is trying to catch.
Five trips to Compound have been aborted because of the fisherman having stationed himself along the lake. The Stockton retrieval team was once almost spotted by the fisherman.[1]
