The doghouse is a settlement object in Fallout 4.
Characteristics[]
The doghouse is a faded red wooden construct that can be built at any settlement and can be commonly found around the wastelands. If Dogmeat is dismissed to a settlement with a doghouse, he will be found laying down inside with his head outside the doorway and will remain there until they are asked by the Sole Survivor to follow them or is sent to another settlement. Junkyard dogs and dogs bought from Erickson will also use a dog house if placed at settlements.

Doghouses are located under Decorations → Miscellaneous in the workshop.
