DLC01TestHiuLaiWorld is a test world space/cell in The Pitt that can only be accessed by using console commands. The console commands to enter this world space are COC DLC01TestHiuLai, as it can only be accessed by console commands it must also be exited this way (i.e. COC DLC01SteelMill01).

The cell is an empty world space. The coc marker for this cell is very high above the ground. Toggling clipping (tcl) is required to navigate the test cell.
