Colleen O'Shaughnessey is an actress who voiced Sylvia Cooper in Fallout 4.

She is best known as the voice of Sora Takenouchi in the Digimon anime and the current voice of Miles "Tails" Prower in the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise. She is also known as Wasp in The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes.
