A bonesaw is a type of pre-War handheld medical tool used primarily for amputations. The item is portable, has a metal saw for cutting into flesh and bone, and a wooden handle. This item is associated with other handheld medical equipment on a compartment tray and often accompanies them. The Pip-Boy categorizes the bonesaw as a junk item. It is therefore useful only as Rock-It Launcher ammunition as it cannot be used as a weapon.
Bonesaws are found on the "My First Infirmary" house improvement for the Lone Wanderer's house or suite.
