The Field Preparations Division is a division of the New California Republic Army devoted to preparations of field emplacements for NCR actions.

The only known member of this division, David De Leon, is mentioned in a note addressed to Joseph Polatli, a Major at Camp Forlorn Hope. The note can be found in the terminal building in Camp McCarran, most likely because of Captain Curtis's espionage role within the NCR.
