Felix was the manager of Wattz Consumer Electronics before the Great War.
Background[]
Felix was secretly paying Malcolm in exchange for rare robotic parts. Since these parts were obtained illegally, he ordered supervisor Ralph Cadey to keep them off the inventory list and employee Wattz to disable the robots' military protocols.[1]
