The Fancy Lad Snack Cakes are a food found throughout the wasteland.
They are, most likely, cupcakes or sweet pastries. How they are still edible after 200 years of exposure to radiation is a mystery. Perhaps the radiation is exactly what kept them from rotting over all the years. Fancy Lad Snack Cakes are packaged in a plain white box with red labeling set above a stylized picture of a tied bow.

- The name is perhaps a reference to the Penny Arcade online comic which did a promotional series of comics for the release of Fallout 3. "Fancy Lads" is the name of the World Of Warcraft guild created and populated by the staff and fans of the comic.
