The Fallout television series is a potential TV-series in the Fallout universe.

Trademark registrationEdit

An initial registration for the Fallout mark for use in a TV series was submitted to the United States Patent and Trademark office in February 2009. This registration has since been extended the maximum permitted 5 times (the original filing and subsequent renewals last 6 months if the mark is unused), without a Fallout TV series appearing.[1]

On January 8, 2013, Bethesda Softworks re-registered a Fallout trademark for "Entertainment services in the nature of an on-going television program set in a post-nuclear apocalyptic world." [2]

Similarly timed was a tweet from Erik Todd Dellums, the voice of Three Dog, that he was in discussion to have some future involvement with the a Fallout publication, but left it open as to if this involvement was a future game, film, or something else.[3]
