Not much is know about this location, other than the fact that it is one of the biggest settlements under control of the Army of the Golden Tiger in China.
Bering Strait

The Bering Strait is where chapter 2 of Fallout Extreme's story was to take place. Areas in this region include Libertyville, BNAFOB, satellite relay station Tango-Echo, Alaskan Pipeline, Aleutian research station, Port Liberty, and the Last Ranger station.
Brotherhood North American Forward Operations Base

It was located in the Bering Strait, and was destroyed by The Cause.
Forbidden City

The Forbidden City is a palace in China. The player was to go there to kill the Chinese Emperor and deactivate the Doom's Day Missile.
Fort Williamette

The Cause was to destroy this Brotherhood of Steel base in their swing up through the continental U.S. and into Alaska.
Kodiak base

Not much is known about this location, except that it plays a part in the plot of Fallout Extreme's first chapter, and belongs to the Montauk.
Mount Hood

Not much is known about this location, except that several settlements are located around the mountain.
Mount St. Helens

Not much is known about this place, except that you can explore the mountain and find Vault 6, which has been cleverly hidden underneath the mountain. A Brotherhood Of Steel experimentation lab is seen here as well.
Port Liberty

Port Liberty is a sea port in the Bering Strait region in Fallout Extreme.
Satellite relay station Tango-Echo

Not much is know about the satellite relay station other than its location in the Bering Strait region.
Seattle
Edit
Seattle was a pre-War city in the state of Washington in the Northwest Commonwealth. One of its major landmarks is the Space Needle, which seems to have survived the War. Unlike the Core Region or the Capital Wasteland, Seattle is, at least in the winter, covered in snow. Seattle appeared in a piece of concept art where the Space Needle is clearly visible. It is not known whether it was intended to actually appear in-game.

Vault 6

The original purpose of this Washington state vault in the Vault Experiment was that it allowed small doses of radiation to leak into the vault once a day, resulting in the population turning into an aggressive pack of extremely irradiated feral ghouls.
