Fallout 3 patch 1.0.0.15 is the first Fallout 3 patch released for the PC. It is a small fix, helping with some of the technical issues. It was released within a week of the game's US and European launch dates.
The patch is available via Games for Windows Live or the official website.

- Fixed occasional crashes when exiting the game or using Alt F4 to exit.
- Fixed crashes when using Alt-Tab while binks or credits were playing.
- The game now restarts properly after title updates finish installing.
