Add-ons

On May 19, 2009, Bethesda announced that all previous DLC packs (Operation: Anchorage, The Pitt and Broken Steel) would be released for the PS3 version starting in late June at four to six week intervals. In the same release, Bethesda announced that the two upcoming content packs (Point Lookout and Mothership Zeta) would also be released on PS3 after the first three.

The release dates were then revised and Broken Steel was the first add-on to be released for PS3 on September 24, 2009, followed by Operation: Anchorage and The Pitt on October 1, 2009, as well as Point Lookout and Mothership Zeta on October 8, 2009.

All five packs are featured in the Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition, released on October 13, 2009. Unlike the Xbox 360 and PC versions, however, the PS3 version will not receive retail copies of the add-ons, as all of the content fits on a single Blu-ray disc.
