The Fallout 2 Hintbook is a special book and a bonus item available after finishing Fallout 2.
Characteristics
When used, the hintbook yields 10,000 Experience Points and increases all skills to 300%. It can be used infinite times, for another 10,000 experience each time.

Notes
If Father Tully is dead, the hintbook cannot be obtained.
Bugs
The hintbook should also raise the Chosen One's SPECIAL stats to 10 and raise his/her Hit Points to 999. However, those effects are bugged, so they will not apply.
