The FN FAL HPFA looks exactly like a standard FAL, except the burst fire uses an entire magazine, and it does slightly more damage. This weapon burns through ammo like there's no tomorrow. You cannot upgrade this weapon.
Note that this weapon is the only weapon in Fallout 2 that bursts its entire magazine in 1 burst.
