Ranger Esteban Morales was a New California Ranger stationed near REPCONN headquarters in 2281.

Background

Both Esteban and his wife, Private Christina Morales were stationed at Camp McCarran. Esteban and Ranger Jackson were killed by Fiends, and their corpses are being used by them to lure in NCR troops on a open terrain in front of REPCONN headquarters.
