Oh that's terrific! I knew you'd help out. Knew it in my gut, and it's never steered me wrong on a deal, yet!

Ernest "Uncle" Roe is the mayor of Canterbury Commons in 2277.

Background[]

Raised as part of trade caravan, by the time Ernest was 12 he possessed the ability to turn 5 caps into 50 with a series of trades. At the age of 20 he set out with his sister Daisy Roe and used the money acquired through his mercantile skills to finance the creation of the trading post of Canterbury Commons which caravans of the Capital Wasteland are known to stop at regularly.[Non-game 1]

Now known as "Uncle Roe", Ernest lives as the mayor of the town he help found, ensuring that the townsfolk he leads are able to eat with the food brought in by the caravans which frequent the town, hoping that his leadership will turn Canterbury Commons into a settlement on par with the likes of Rivet City.[Non-game 1]

Along with being the mayor of the town, Ernest also cares for his nephew Derek Pacion, the son of his now deceased sister Daisy.[Non-game 2]

Ernest Roe is 39 and was raised on a trade caravan. By the time he was 12, he could turn 5 Caps into 50 with just a few cleaver trades. When he was 20, he set out to make his mark, using his sizable investments to found the trading post of Canterbury Commons with his sister Daisy. Nowadays, the Commons have become a regular stop for caravans in the Capital Wasteland. "Uncle Roe" makes sure that everyone gets enough from the caravans to eat a good meal every night. He's lost his sister, but he cares for his nephew as well as he can. With a bit of luck and a whole lot of Caps, he hopes to eventually turn Canterbury Commons into a settlement to rival Rivet City."
