Enclave specialists are servicemen in the Enclave whose areas of expertise are technical, rather than combative in nature.
Background
Specialists have various tasks, according to their skills. Some are traffic controllers, others serve as mechanics and/or repairmen. They are easily identified by their military uniforms (reminiscent of leather armor in appearance) and their tendency to carry two firearms: both a laser and conventional pistol.
