Enclave specialists are servicemen in the Enclave whose areas of expertise are technical, rather than combative in nature.
Background
Specialists have various tasks, according to their skills. Some are traffic controllers, some are mechanics... They are easily identifiable by their military uniforms (reminiscent of leather armor in appearance) and the fact of carrying two firearms: a laser and conventional pistol.
