Enclave Sigma Leader is a character which was added to Fallout 3 in the Broken Steel add-on. He is the leader of Enclave Squad Sigma, a special Enclave unit assigned to protect the base, and is encountered inside of the Mobile Base Crawler. Being a leader of this elite squad means he is probably the most skilled of all its members. The squad itself consists of about 5-6 soldiers.
