Enclave Patrolmen can be encountered throughout Fallout 2 in the most west area near Navarro, north of San Francisco. They wear Advanced Power Armor and have orders to shoot all illegal aliens on Enclave territory on sight (Proposition 312). They almost always patrol in threes, with small energy arms and occasionally with heavier support weapons.
They are an extreme threat, given their armaments, speed and resiliency.
