Enclave Doctor is a new character who is added to Fallout 3 in the add-on Broken Steel.

Located in the Mobile Base Crawler near the medical area.

- Appeared looking indentical to Jonas or as a female who is identical to Anna Holt.
- Is hostile to the player but simply flees.
- Disappears forever once you finish the Who Dares Wins quest.
