Elijah's Last Words is a unique companion perk in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Dead Money.
To obtain this perk, after completing the quest line in Dead Money, leave the Sierra Madre area. When you reach the Abandoned BoS Bunker, turn right into the side room. Use the terminal here and choose the Download Holomessage option. Head back to the Mojave Wasteland and find Veronica. Initiate dialogue, choose "Tell me about yourself.", then exhaust all the options relating to Father Elijah.
Now back out to her main dialogue menu and choose "I found Elijah." To get this perk, you must let her have the holomessage.
Choosing to keep the holomessage for yourself will give the player the Elijah's Ramblings perk.
Effects
This perk increases Veronica's melee attack speed by 150% and gives her melee attacks a 25% chance to knock down enemies.

- Elijah's Last Words does not have a Vault boy image, even in the Pip Boy
