Elena was a post-War survivor from Mexico.
Background
She traveled with 28 other Mexican survivors to Zion Canyon in 2095 and settled down until the Vault 22 residents entered Zion in 2096 and killed most of the Mexican survivors, but captured her, and put her in a pen. She was then eaten by the Vault 22 survivors.
