Edmund Medford was one of the scientists at the Beverageer Division before the Great War. His skeleton is found in the Nuka-Cola bottling plant's secret lab in 2287.
Background
After the Great War, he was locked in the Secure beverageer lab along with the rest of the Beverageer scientists, where he hung himself.[1]
His voice can only be heard on the Meacham recording AB35 tape.
