Ed is a genius with machines. Whether it is mechanical or electronic, he can get it to work, stop it from working, or tell you what it does. He can also disassemble a gun or pick a lock in record time.
Ed shares his character portrait with Rex, a player character in the training missions.
Ed becomes available after the Warrior reaches the rank of Knight.
Ed appears only in Fallout Tactics.
