Poor Earl. Gone just like that. Such a good bartender. Good friend. Oh, but terrible with women, mind you. Bull in china shop with them.Vadim Bobrov

Earl Sterling is a dead human in Diamond City in 2287.

Earl Sterling was a person who worked at the Dugout Inn as a bartender, and was personal friends with Vadim Bobrov. Vadim will give Earl's house key as one can find out that Vadim filed a missing person report as he was concerned for his friend. After entering his house the Sole Survivor can find out that he had gone off to Doc Crocker for facial reconstructive surgery so he could 'get the ladies'. Upon entry of the surgery cellar one will see Earl's grisly remains in the far side of the room with Crocker over them. Upon inspection of his corpse the player character remarks "It looks like it will be a closed casket funeral".
